Admissions Requirements

At Prep One Collegiate Academy, we welcome motivated students who are ready to excel in a homeschool-based, dual credit environment. To ensure success, families should review the following requirements before applying:

Eligibility

• Students must be at least 13 years old to begin taking college-level courses for credit.

• Parent/guardian must serve as the primary homeschool administrator of record.

• Families must comply with their state’s homeschool laws and regulations.

Academic Readiness

• Strong foundational skills in reading, writing, and math.

• Willingness to commit to completing an average of two courses per month during the school year.

• Ability to work independently with guidance and pacing support.

Technology Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Laptop or desktop computer with webcam and audio capability.

• Basic familiarity with online learning platforms.

Family Commitment

• Parent/guardian involvement in monitoring progress and supporting the homeschool transcript.

• Participation in Prep One onboarding and success coaching sessions.
